While You Were Sleeping, We Were Making Donuts Fresh
While Pelham sleeps, the lights are on at Donut Joe’s. Our bakers start around 2 a.m., mixing dough, shaping donuts, and getting the first batches ready for the morning.
That’s what “made fresh daily” means to us. The donuts you see in our case are made by our crew, right here in our shop. They may be a little imperfect, and that’s part of what makes them ours.
So when you stop in for a donut, a locally roasted coffee, or a Smokey Joe breakfast sandwich, know that someone was up early making your morning a little sweeter.
